Terms of Service
Effective date: April 5, 2026. These Terms govern your use of cosmo-uk.org (the “Service”).
1) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher) to use the Service. Do not use the Service if you are underage.
2) Entertainment-only social casino; no real-money gambling
The Service is a social casino experience provided for entertainment only. No real-money gambling is offered or supported. You cannot win money, prizes, or anything of real-world value through gameplay.
3) Virtual currency and virtual items
- Any “coins,” “credits,” “chips,” boosts, and other virtual items are for in-service use only.
- Virtual currency/items have no cash value, are not redeemable for money or for items of real-world value, and are non-transferable.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue virtual currency/items at any time, subject to applicable law.
4) Optional purchases
You may be able to buy virtual currency/items. Purchases are optional and do not increase your chances of winning anything of real-world value (because none are offered). All sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for keeping your account and payment methods secure.
5) Acceptable use; cheating and abuse prohibited
- No bots, scripts, automation, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass security.
- No exploitation of bugs; report issues to us. We may reset affected balances or progress.
- No account selling/sharing, fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or harassment of others.
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access (and remove virtual currency/items) if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms.
6) Intellectual property
The Service, including software, artwork, trademarks, and content, is owned by COSMO BAE LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and other applicable laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
7) Disclaimers; limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED), INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COSMO BAE LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS/REVENUE/DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.
8) Governing law; disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Unless prohibited by applicable law, you agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
9) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
